Gags, gags and more gags
2006 marks the 50th anniversary of my first published cartoon. In
those fifty years, I have seen thousands of my cartoons published in newspapers and magazines the world over. I was
a founding member of The Cartoonists' Club of Great Britain and was chairman for three consecutive stints in the 1990s.
The following cartoons and illustrations give an idea of the scope of my
work; a scope that has increased over the years.

Charities and the voluntary sector
The illustration on the right formed part of the creative for a direct
mail appeal to supporters by UK charity Motability. The aim was to encourage people to "Gift Aid" their donations
and thereby increase their value to the charity. This is just one of many illustrations I have drawn for charities and
my work has also appeared in exhibitions, books and auctions in support of good causes.

Christmas cards
My work has featured on numerous Christmas cards; some of it commissioned
by greetings' card publishers, other work commissioned direct by companies. I can either work to your precise brief,
supply ideas around a theme or, alternatively, can let my imagination run its usual course.
I am also happy to undertake commissions for individuals who would like a
Christmas card that's both different and personal - an original piece of cartoon artwork to treasure. The
card featured on the left falls into this second category.

Book illustrations
I have been commissioned to provide illustrations for a number of books
on a wide range of topics - everything from children's fairy stories to colonic irrigation! In each case I provide black
and white "roughs" in the first instance, followed by colour mock-ups and then finished artwork.
The illustration to the right formed part of a series of eight drawings
which accompanied the children's fairy tale, Ragstick.

These two photographs were taken while filming twelve Leadership Master
Class programmes. During two days of filming I produced fifty, on the spot, full colour
cartoons on different aspects of leadership. For more details and
